The Center for Child and Family Advocacy is the first facility of its kind in the United States.  $10 Million Dollars was spent to construct it.  It's purpose is to bring together a comprehensive range of programs and services, including Preventing Child Abuse Ohio, that are directed toward the intervention and prevention of child abuse and neglect; however, to date, Tyshea Stewart and her family have not been extended its service.

We could not find one adult man or woman regardless of the color of their skin in a position of authority to act in their official capacity with regard to a child victim of sexual assault and rape.
